Kassim Hussain, 20, sold heroin and crack cocaine to disabled addict in Derby

Kassim Hussain, 20, of Derby sold heroin and crack cocaine to known drug addicts in a Derby park, including one who was wheelchair-bound.



Kassim Hussain and fellow street dealer Jayden Mannion-Robertson, 18, of Crompton Street, Derby were selling drugs openly in  Arboretum Park, in Normanton.



Both men were arrested and were found to be in possession of both heroin and crack cocaine and teenager Mannion-Robertson was found carrying a large sum of cash.



 Police also obtain the CCTV as part of their operation, in which both teenagers were selling drugs to known users.



“One of them, who was sold drugs by Mr Mannion-Robertson, was in a wheelchair. Those users were stopped (shortly after the sales) and were found to be carrying both heroin and crack cocaine.”

Both of them were found guilty and have been sent to a young offender’s institution for a combined total of more than five years after admitting their crimes.

Jayden Mannion-Robertson was sent offender’s institution for four years while Hussain received a 14-month period of detention.
