Raja Sammi Killed Raja Ansar who had Killed his Father in Past in Samahini, Bhimber

Incident happened in Chahi village of Samahni, District Bhimber Azad Kashmir, where a man named Raja Samraan also know as Sammi, Killed a man named Raja Ansar.

Raja Ansar son of Raja Ali Haider had killed Raja Muhammad Arif few years ago and the case was settled after Raja Ansar had given money to deceased's family as a part of 'Diyat '.



Diyat  Is it a financial compensation for the loss suffered by the heirs of the slain or by the wounded person himself, or is it the price of life or a limb, or something besides these two.



But deceased son Raja Simran held a grudge against his father's killer Raja Ansar and had tried to kill him in a revenge attack in past.



But again the elders of the tribe settled the case among both parties. But Raja Sammi was still looking for a chance to kill murderer of his father.



Raja Ansar was traveling from his native home town Chahi to Samahni last day, but on his way Raja Samran shot him dead.



After killing him, Raja Samran went to police station and confessed the murder. Police arrested him and went to the scene and took the dead body of Raja Ansar to THQ hospital Samahni for postmortem.
