Teenage Girl killed by father and Uncle after she told, She Wants to Marry her Lover

A teenage girl was allegedly gunned down on Sunday in Gakhar Mandi by her father and uncle as she wanted to marry her lover.

Police arrested one of the suspects and registered a case against him.

Sixteen-year-old Sara had asked her father, Sohail Butt that she wants to marry man of her own choice.

Girl's father Sohail Butt when came to knew about the love affair of her girl, he along with his brother, Tumba, who is said to be a local PML-N leader, opened fire on Sara and killed her.

After killing her they buried her discreetly in a nearby graveyard. When local residents came to knew about the incident and the suspicious way of burial, they reported the case to police.

Police registered a case and started an investigation during which it was revealed that Sara had been murdered by her father and uncle.

Police arrested the father of girl Sohail Butt while her uncle Tumba Butt managed to escape and is still at large. Police are conducting raids to arrest him.
