Khurum Shazada, 23, Break into Funeral home, ASSAULT with a Corpse in Birmingham

Khurum Shazada, 23, a jobless man, has been charged with breaking into a funeral home and assaulting with a corpse at Central England Co-operative in Great Barr, Birmingham.



A spokesman for West Midlands police said: 'An unemployed Birmingham man has been charged with abuse of a corpse and trespass following a break-in at a Co-op funeral parlour in Great Barr on Sunday 11 November.



Khurum Shazada gave his address at Kenilworth Road in Aston, Birmingham after he was linked to the parlour by DNA evidence. He  was accused of illegally entering the Central England Co-operative undertakers in Great Barr, Birmingham, on Sunday, November 11 and violating a body that was lying in a coffin.



Khurum Shazada has appeared before JPs after he was charged by police, the bachelor was remanded in custody.


“Khurum Shazada appeared at Birmingham magistrates’ court on Wednesday 21 November and was remanded into custody,” the spokesperson added.

The incident took place at a Central England Co-operative funeral care home in Birmingham


Shazada is due to give a plea in court. No one was available to comment at the funeral home.

The relatives of the desecrated body have been informed of the crime.  This is totally not fair, the family of the deceased who is already dealing with the death, Now they will be dealing with this shameless act.
