Kid Confused Muslim Man For Santa in London, Now Old Man Visits Boy on Every Xmas with Gifts

Children all over the world, till a certain age, believe in Santa Claus – a tall, round white-bearded man who distributes goodies on Christmas Eve.

Santa Claus turned to be real for a kid in London, this hope turned into reality 4 years back.

Mr Hussain from Tooting happened to be walking past a house in his local area in 2013 when a 2-year-old Alfie noticed a bearded man walking down the street and shouted to his mom, "Look, it's Father Christmas!"

Mr Hussain who had crossed three houses, heard the little boy call him Santa, decided to play along and came back to give him some money.  Alfie, who is now 7 believed that he really was Father Christmas.

Since then, playing Santa has become a Christmas trend, Mr Hussain even comes on their birthdays as well. He visits Alfie and his 13-year-old sister Hayley on Christmas Eve on their birthdays.

Alfie's mom , Tracy Ashford-Rose, told BuzzFeed News , "This was four years ago, and we still exchange gifts to each other. He comes to see Alfie and my daughter Hayley on their birthdays and gives gifts, he never forgets the dates".

Alfie’s mum added, that Christmas wouldn’t be the same without a visit from “Santa”.

She said she remembers “my little Alfie shouting out for me, ‘look it’s Father Christmas!'”

The story was posted on Facebook by the family's former neighbour and a photographer.

She said, "I've known Alfie since he was just a baby, there's not much that stops him in his tracks, but when he saw 'Father Christmas' he came running into me and said 'you've got to come, the real Santa Claus is at our door, he comes to our house.'"
