Omar Sharif, 33, Jailed for 32 years, had drugged then attacked 3 Women in Sunderland

Omar Sharif, 33, from Sunderland who assaulted his clients after plying them with ecstasy has been jailed for more than 30 years after being convicted of assault and admitted a range of drugs offences, perjury and perverting the course of justice in last month's retrial.

He also supplied M-Cat to vulnerable young women, rendering them unable to fight of his sickening attacks.



The Sunderland mother courageously reported the attacker to police - and was horrified to learn that he'd assaulted three women in their late teens.



As he was sentenced 21 years old victim Lauren Brown has bravely waived her anonymity to brand him an 'absolute monster'. 

'He’s just an absolute monster,' she said. 'He was picking up girls who already felt at rock bottom and they were weak.

She is 'over the moon' that he can't hurt anybody else and is now in prison.



She said, "When I found out he had been found guilty I was so happy, I started crying. It was a a really massive overwhelming feeling of relief and happiness. It just feels like like there has been a huge cloud over my head.



He’s destroyed peoples lives.'



Ms Brown says the predator targeted her when she was in 'bad place' and they met at a house in 2015.

During the trial, Sharif told the jury about his Mercedes with a personalised registration plate, saying he paid £12,000 for the car hoping it looked like a £40,000 vehicle 'so everyone would take notice of me, I was flaunting my wealth'.
