Woman Killed 2 Kids of Ex-Fiancé in a Revenge Attack Years after the Breakup in Pakistan

A woman killed two toddlers in Sheikhupura to take revenge on her former fiancé for breaking their engagement.



Nabila Bibi, a Feroze Town resident, and her accomplices kidnapped the children and murdered them before dumping their bodies near a canal, according to the FIR.

Police reported that the siblings identified as Tohid, 3 and Khadija, 2, were at their grandmother's home when both went to a nearby shop to buy sweets, last Monday.

 After some times they did not return and family members started searching them but with no success. Then family lodged the first information report (FIR) in local police station.

They were caught while disposing of their bodies in a nearby canal in Feroze Wattwan.



They did, however, manage to dump the bodies in the Rajpa Canal. The bodies were retrieved after a few hours from the head near Nankana Sahib.



All three have been arrested. After they were interrogated, the children’s maternal uncle was also arrested.



Nabila Bibi was engaged to the children’s father named Shakil a few years ago but their engagement broke off. She is also a relative of the family’s.



Shakil broke engagement with Nabila Bibi after some family dispute and married another woman also a cousin of Nabila Bibi about 4 years ago.



Years after the breakup Nabila Bibi hold a grudge, she along with her new fiance and another man named Shahid maternal uncle of children carried out her revenge.



Shahid told that Nabila Bibi had promised him for marriage after the revenge, saying she will breakup with her new fiance and will marry him.

Shahid, maternal uncle of deceased children carried on the murder plan to marry the woman.

After strangulating the children, they kept their bodies inside their home until disposing of them two days later, the FIR says.



Sheikhupura DPO Jahanzaib Khan has assembled a police team to probe the case.



Authorities have now managed to arrest four suspects implicated to the crime. During the investigation, the suspects confessed to the crime.
