Their Christian ceremony was taken by Nick's pastor father Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. The couple tied the knot in a Christian wedding in Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace.
Priyanka and Nick will next get married according to Hindu rituals.
Priyanka took to Instagram and wrote, “One of the most special things that our relationship has given us is a merging of families who love and respect each others faiths and cultures. And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing. An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is the Mehendi. Once again we made it our own and it was afternoon that kicked of the celebrations in the way we both dreamed.”
The couple was dressed by the actress’s couturier friend Ralph Lauren while their wedding rings were designed by Chopard.
Designer Sabyasachi, Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan Sharma and her son Ahil, Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani and their daughter Isha were among the first guests to reach Jodhpur for Nickyanka wedding.
Moments after the ceremony, Jonas shared images of the traditional mehendi pre-wedding celebration they enjoyed. While its usually one for the girls, both genders mixed.
