Man had Jail term reduced after Death of 3 teenage boys in London, Public shouted "Disgrace"

Jaynesh Chudasama has jail time cut after death of three teenage boys after he appeared at the Royal Courts of Justice on Friday morning, December 21, to appeal against three concurrent 13 year prison sentences he received earlier this year.

Audi A5 driver Jaynesh Chudasama, killed Harry Louis Rice, 17, George Toby Wilkinson, 16, and Josh McGuinness, 16 instantly on January 28 on Shepiston Lane in Hayes.

He was also banned from driving for 23 years and six months at his original sentencing on March 28.

The judge has granted the appeal, Chudasama’s sentence has been CUT to 10 and a half years - that’s close to a 25% reduction off the original 13-year sentence, which was just below the maximum 14-year sentence he could have got.

Angry members of the public shouted "disgrace", one man watching in the court room called the decision an "utter disgrace".

Shouts from spectators in Court 4 accused the authorities of "lying" and branded Chudsama "scum".

Even Chudsama's original sentence - of 13 years - had sparked a campaign to toughen dangerous driver punishments and extend his jail time, spearheaded by the families of the victims.
