Man who Abused 7 years old boy within the family, Stripped of British citizenship to be Deported

A man who repeatedly abused a seven-year-old boy is being deported back to India and stripped of his British citizenship in the first case of its kind.

The man known as RSD came to the UK from India in 1997 and was granted British citizenship after six years .

In 2011 he was convicted of 23 counts of abuse of “a male child within the family”, court documents revealed.

The monster was sentenced to 23 years in prison for grooming and abusing the boy between 2003 and 2010 and was ordered to sign the offenders’ register for life.

But now, the Government has removed his citizenship on the grounds that he lied about the fact he was abusing a child when he applied to be a UK citizen.

Three men, Abdul Aziz, Adil Khan and Qari Abdul Rauf, are facing deportation to Pakistan for their role in Rochdale child abuse scandal.

The new case extends the scope of the Home Secretary's power by allowing the government to revoke citizenship should a paedophile lie about child grooming while undergoing the vetting process.
